Do I need to have previous knowledge in self defense?

No, anyone can learn to protect themselves, all it takes is commitment.

What should I bring/wear? 

For your first few sessions, we encourage that you wear something you feel comfortable in and make sure to bring some water. Once you've settled, you can find standard black gi's and tabi are plentiful online.

  • What do I wear to the class?
    For your Ninpo Taijutsu class, it is recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Traditional martial arts uniforms (gi) are also acceptable. Avoid wearing jewelry or accessories that could cause injury during training.
  • Do I need to have previous knowledge in self defense?
    No, you do not need to have any previous knowledge in self-defense to join our classes. Our training is designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.
  • What are the benefits of training in Ninpo Taijutsu?

    The frequency of training depends on your personal goals and schedule. For beginners, we recommend attending classes at least twice a week to build a solid foundation. As you progress, you may choose to train more frequently to further develop your skills and understanding of Ninpo Taijutsu.
